In this mornings Daily Sun, page A3 there is a 1/2 page ad by Munn's (and Mitsubishi Electric) stating the following:
Effective 1/1/2015 there are new restrictions on adding air conditioning to enclosed lanais. Apparently, to install AC these areas must meet class IV or V specifications for living space, which I am sure will have significant implications. They state upgrades to electrical outlets as an example.
I have not had a chance to look up these requirements, but it would be interesting if some of the knowledgeable contractors would comment on this new requirements, and any options that might be available.
