I'm wondering if anyone who is a snowbird and who has Comcast has put their service(s)on "Seasonal" to save money while away. If so, does Comcast turn everything - phone, cable, internet off for the time you're away, or is everything left on. I once owned a condo where when on seasonal, you were given a much reduced monthly bill, but the service remained. Thanks for any input. :dontknow:

I am a seasonal resident. My Comcast TV/internet services are presently "asleep". It costs $14.00 per month and ends up being less expensive than disconnecting and reactivating. Comcast told me the services would be deactivated from their office and easily reconnected upon my request.

What excellent information. I had asked so many questions about expenses that I was afraid that all of you would think us penniless.
That is so nice to know. Many thanks for passing it on.!

Graciegirl, none of us want to waste money! Please feel free to ask any questions about expenses or offer any knowledge you've learned.
We're all in the same canoe. Or something.
