Just got back from the luncheon. Met some great new people and swapped stories of moving , golf carts, Katie Bells etc, etc.
Village Kid was snapping pic's , so hang on Nonie, Kathie and Hyacinth I am sure the pic's are coming
I would guess about 25 people attended :) :).

Well, here's a scoop! Fumar showed up!!! LOLOL I was teasing him in chat last night and threatened with the kitten growl. Grrrrrrrr. The kitten growl works everytime! Very nice. And great new people. Wonderful to meet you all. JoanneP, PeggyD and hubby Nick (just saw you at LSL too.) JimT, Cajungirl & hubby and I'm sorry because I know I'm leaving some people out. Vk and Chuck too! Ronnie and Pete! Dicky, 07, Red. Lots of great old friends. It really was a fun luncheon. Went with Beady after our Mahjong lesson. What a nice day. :welcome: to all the new people there. And :-* to all the dear old friends.

Hey Guys, Villages 07 will post the pics as it was her camera and she is the tekkie. The gathering was great - lots of new folks stopped by and there was even an appearance by The Great Fumar! Villages 07 has the list of folks but suffice it to say it was great seeing familiar faces, meeting new folks, and talking about the return of those of you summering elsewhere. TOTV continues to produce a great group of folks!! Looking forward to seeing all of those joining us at future gatherings.

There is a class thru the LL Learning college that starts on June 18th.....for about 6 weeks, Tues, 415pm, Bridgeport rec center. I signed up for this in April but it was cancelled due to lack of enrollment...I sure hope this June/July class goes forward.

Or, you can go to free informal classes at Chula Vista, on Fridays, I think.

Ronda, come to Chula Vista on Fridays at 12 with Beady and I. The classes are free and the teacher is very kind and patient. You'll love it. And I promise you, you won't be behind. ;D
