I've had two rounds of home therapy in the past year when I wasn't able take care of all my needs: going to the grocery store and bank, doing laundry, preparing a meal for now and for later on, making my bed, fetching a blanket, etc. I was lucky to find Local In Home Care Solutions on Talk of the Villages. Penny and Justin are wonderful (and their assistants are, too). They got me though the bad times with ease and good cheer. They are upbeat and wonderful company (and it didn't hurt, either, that they are educated folks and we could talk about books). But mostly they would do anything I needed and made themselves available when I needed them. For that one bad week when I was in a wheel chair, it was six times a day to help me transfer from recliner to wheelchair to commode. Their total charge was $15/hour or part thereof. I can't thank TOTV enough for letting me know about Local In Home Care Solutions. Their number is 352-702-3582.
