Went there last Saturday night (5/17). Had been there about a month ago and were happy with the food. Had a burger and my wife had a grouper sandwich, very good. This time had the exact same thing, grouper just OK for 3 bucks more and the burger was awful. About 1/4 thick and dry. Ordered medium, served well done, how can you cook a 1/4 inch thick burger medium? One positive, the fries were good!

When asked about the higher prices for menu items, one waitress mentioned it was a corporate thing. And now the food is 'iffy'? ? ? Quality needs to be up during the lean
summer months so we may continue to give repeat visits and good recommendations to others.
Fill out the customer inquirery online that is offered on the check (bill). Give them an opportunity to improve.

Had terrible experiences at Gators - mostly with waitresses with attitudes. After messing up 5 out of 8 orders in our party (mostly visitors from out of state), we made it known (ever so politely) the next day to the ass't manager. We rec'd a cursory "Oh dear" and not even an apology. Guess we won't be going there any more (nor all the people we told of our experience!)
