Well, my Fiance Donna and I closed on our villages home today in the Village of Hillsborough. We will be renting it out seasonally for a while as I probably won't retire for 10 years, but we will be down in a few weeks to furnish it, then it is rented in Feb, March, and April. We will be down for a week in May. We are happy to be village people.... Thanks for all the advice we got on this forum.

10 yrs will go by, enjoy it - we bought 6 yrs before we retired in 2011.
