We are coming onto our 1 year anniversary of home ownership in TV. Several people have suggested that we engage an engineer to fully inspect our home to see if we need anything fixed before the warranty runs out.
Can anyone recommend an inspector? Or vise versa...someone to avoid.

Contact Frank D'Angelo at D'Angelo Inspections, 352-250-7818. You can find his ad in the left hand column on this site. A really nice guy who does a great job!!! You need to make arrangements about 3 months out.

Definitely give Frank a call. Sometimes he has cancellations and squeeze you in, but the three-month is a good one to follow for his services.

Frank did our inspection last week. He is extremely thorough and skilled. Photos and report sent to Home Warranty and to us.
He knows his stuff and is a super nice guy.
You won't regret using him for your inspection! Guaranteed!!

Another vote for Frank but he has a very busy schedule. You will need to give him advance notice. I made my appointment 2 months in advance and was lucky to get in. He only does 2 inspections a day. That's what make him so thorough.

Another vote for Frank! He did two inspections for us last month and he is excellent! He told me at the time that he is booked up through the end of February, probably even longer by now but don't let that stop you calling him, he might still fit you in.

Why is it that I post a comment and I cannot see it posted?
What am I doing wrong?
Are you sure you are hitting the "reply" button? If you just hit return it will not post.
