If you need a lot of food cheaply and don't have a lot of time or don't want a lot of effort, I suggest buying Sams potato salad and cole slaw in bulk. I made a BUNCH of Sloppy Joe for my granddaugters graduation party and bought the potato salad and slaw. I bought the big cans of Bushes beans and put brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce and a little mustard and vinegar and we were ready for over a hundred guests with minimal effort.
You probably know this already but it was good, fast and easy.
