Grout guys?

Does anyone have any recent experience with Grout Guys? I see that they advertise on TOTV, however there is only 1 comment on hem from 2013. We have a small grout job to do (master bathroom shower tile floor needs regrouping). Any experience with Grout Guys, or anyone else you would recommend? thanks!

Be nice. I'd like to know about the Grout Guys too. I'm in the process of hiring a specialist to clean grout in my kitchen and repair some areas where grout has cracked.
