This morning (1/17) about 7:40 AM I was sitting in my garage putting on my golf shoes and noticed something moving in the street in front of our house. I went to the garage door to get a better look and lo and behold there was a beautiful red fox walking down the street with something in his mouth (a mouse or perhaps a squirrel ??). Based on the size of our dog I would guess that the fox weighed about 25 pounds. That's my first fox sighting in TV.

Hopefully, you'll see more if you're an early riser. We do have a lovely variety of wildlife sharing our space.

Nice! Last year there were an adult male and female and a litter of pups? on Jacaranda hole 5. Fun to watch.

As the rascals use to say, as they gave a big wave off, "Äw that ain't nothin" you ought to have seen the big dark colored cat at Pelican. It came out between two houses right across the black tees on the second hole and disappeared into the high Oriental grasses. it looked more like a panther than a bob cat really large cat and moving gracefully and at lighting speed. We were pretty close so I guess s/he had already eaten because we did not distract him/her at all . what a sight
