Well, wouldn't quite call Rolling Acres and 466 The Villages, but certainly close. Bears have been known to actually visit TV. One was once spotted strolling around the village of Winifred.

oh, my! I am so surprised! I consider 466 and Rolling Acres pretty darned close to The Villages! This is the first time I've heard of bears around here. They are very common east of Mt Dora all the way to Lake Jessup.

There are bears everywhere in the south, from Ohio on down, and they will leave you alone if you don't try to feed them, cause them a threat, or get too close to them and take phone videos. I'm sure they looked down and said, "Humans."
