Last minute entertainment tickets?

When a show is sold out at Savannah Center is there a place to look for tickets that someone has purchased and decided they can no longer attend a show?

Sometimes folks will offer tickets shortly before a show. I was in their computer center when a woman came in and just gave me a ticket to phantom. Her friend had become ill. Was a very nice surprise.

One of the ushers told me that happens frequently or tickets will be sold at cost there.

I would imagine that if the new performing arts center gets really hot shows with sellouts a regular occurrence a market will open for ticket resales. For now I have not been able to find that service.
