Just saw an ad in the paper, and I am curious. Has anyone tried Burn Fat of the Villages for weight loss?

Saw that ad too. I think it is probably some pill pushing thing which in the end doesn't work long term. Besides pills can do a job on your insides. Haven't we all learned by now that it amounts to calories in, calories out and exercise. Diets, gimmicks don't work, only lifestyle changes will work, there just is no quick fix.......unless of course you are a Hollwood starlet.
Eat smarter, exercise smarter.
