Will be visiting TV end of July

We are coming down on the Lifestyles tour the end of July. We were wondering if anyone knows what style home is being built in Margaux?

It seems that most rentals are Patio Villas and we were wonding if anyone lives in one of these types of homes year round? We are thinking of purchasing a Patio Villa as our permanent residence, but we weren't sure if we would have year round neighbors or just renters. :)

I've never heard of Margaux. Did you mean Hemingway? (Get it - Margaux Hemingway?)

I found that there are rentals from every type of floor plan.

I've never heard of Margaux either. We were in TV for our lifestyle preview last week and bought a house in Hemingway. That's the newest Village. You will love TV...everything everyone says about it is true and more.

Margaux is an area of villas in Hemingway. We were waiting to buy until they were built but decided to go ahead and buy a patio villa in Holly Hill Villas in Duval. Quite a few of our neighbors live in their patio villas year round and love the ease of upkeep which allows more time for fun. I don't think you can go wrong either way.

We just bought in the Mariel villas in Hemmingway!
We lived in a patio villa for a week and decided 1100-1200 feet would do nicely, though frugal on space,

We'll just be part time as we can for awhile and hopefully full time in the not too distant future, best of luck

I live in a patio villa in Duval. In the patios there are rentals there but about 60% are permanent residents. Most of the villa areas will start a social club for residents of their particular villa neighborhoods have monthly gatherings. I hope that helps.

Hey Folks, guess who signed the papers yesterday to purchase a Patio Villa, sight unseen, in Hemingway (Margaux Villas). Like John, we will be part time at first until we sell our home in New Jersey. We're scheduled for settlement July 9th :) Can't Wait....I want to come down now :(

I guess our "Lifestyle Visit" for the end of July is now out of the question (ha, ha).

Always 3rd Friday (next will be June 20, then July 18), 3pm

Crispers (a lot like a Panera Bread) is located at the west end of the Southern Trace Shopping Center on 466. That is the shopping center on 466 with Publix.

Congratulations Beach guy!

We arrived and picked up the keys for our new home in Hadley on Thursday. It is so wonderful here! Boy it is hot but the homes are so well constructed, I am always turning the air conditioning down because it gets too cool.

I love TOTV and haven't had time to log on until tonight. ANy of my buddies here. Drop over any time. We will be here for another week. :) :) :)
