Poodle and Pooch Rescue Dogs for adoption from our Rescue in Orlando FL (http://www.pprfl.org) will be at the Grand Opening of "Woof Gang Bakery" in Brownwood this SATURDAY ~ FEBRUARY 7 th from 12 noon till 3pm with beautiful pooches that need a Fur-ever home.

If you are considering adopting a dog, or if you are available to foster one of our beautiful babies for 3 weeks, please see one of the PPR Volunteers in the Aqua shirts who will be happy to help you get signed up. The dogs pictured on the SAVE A DOG tab will be ready foster care soon. There are many ways to help, so please stop by and talk with Rebecca, our President, or one of the other volunteers.

You can go on the site, and if you see a dog you are interested in, we'll try to bring it to the event on Saturday.

I live in The Villages and have been fostering for PPR for a year and it is very rewarding. Also if anyone has any small size dog leases, collars or harnesses they no longer need, please bring them to donate.

Thanks for thinking Rescue!!!

Hope to see you all there ......

Did any TOTV posters go to see the dogs? Would appreciate hearing what people thought of this rescue group.

I did.
I would not be able to judge them from a short visit.
But they all seemed to really care about the dogs.
The dozen or so there looked well cared for.
They must socialize them well. Not one of them snapped at mine.
The pair of poodle lap dogs stole my heart.

There are all sizes and breeds that come into PPR's care. Currently, there is a 42 lb. English Cocker named Stella, that is being fostered in TV. Always check out the Save A Dog tab on the site in addition to the Adoptable Dogs tab. All dogs on the Save A Dog tab will be in need of a foster - a good way to find a pooch that bonds with your dog before adopting.

I really don't know. We travel so much and the loss of Samantha is still looming over us, she's a tough act to follow. I have thought about fostering one of those poor little things which have been so brutally abused. I have become selfish and like being able to come and go as I please, no dog hair to clean up, no dog smell to think about ................ we shall see.

Just to clarify, the Poodle and Pooch event at Brownwood was last Saturday. We do have an event this Saturday in Mt. Dora.
Please visit the website Dogs for adoption from our Rescue in Orlando FL (http://www.pprfl.org) and if you see a pup you like, send them an email & ask them to bring that dog to Mt. Dora for you to meet. All dogs are fostered in our homes around Orlando, The Villages and Central Florida.

Good luck finding your new pup - there are many on the site to choose from that will fit right in I am sure. Please feel free to PM me with any questions....

And Thank You For Thinking Rescue!!

Dogs for adoption from our Rescue in Orlando FL (http://www.pprfl.org/) This is Susan's link. I check it almost every day, and these people are in desperate need of homes and foster homes for their dogs. They have some adorable little dogs that really need help.
