Garage Door Opener

I purchased a third remote for my MVP Garage Door Opener. The instructions, to program the remote, require the nine digit code programed into the receiver. Since I am not the original owner I do not know the code. Does anyone know how to do this or who I might contact to get it done

The third remote was purchased from? Home Depot universal has little pins in the back that you locate as the other remotes.
