Carpet Binding

My wife would like to purchase an area rug, that she loves the pattern of. However the rug is larger than the area she wants to use it in, and we would like to know if anyone in The Villages, or close would be able to bind the edges of an area rug.

I purchased a carpet at Reedy flooring and they cut it down to a specific size. They didn't bind it but they sent it out and I paid the binding separately to that individual. Reedy was super nice to work with and you could try calling them.
