Although "Black Or White" has not been favorably reviewed by most critics, I enjoyed it. Kevin Costner and Octavia Spencer are both very good in this story of two grandparents engaged in a custody dispute over their 7 year old granddaughter. And the young actress, Jillian Estell, who plays 7 year old granddaughter Eloise, is one to watch for the future as she does a great job. The story makes you think about what is means to be parent and a grandparent. I give it 3 stars out of 4.
