rentals with children

Could someone please tell me if THE VILLAGES allow people with children under 19 to rent there? If the answer is yes, is there a stipulation as to how long they'd be allowed to rent in a VILLAGE'S rental? I've tried looking this up to no success so I'd really appreciate help.

Our son, daughter-in-law and 14 year old son are renting a house for a week next month.

30 days per year. Just like the amount of time allowed for visits.
