The attached is only a bit over 3 minutes long. It is Alan Greenspan making an observation about our politics in the USA....the gridlock.

The lack of any "give" by either party.

If his remarks are truly from 09/02/2015, they have to be truly prescient.

Come on...if you don't know that was 2/9/2015 using Gregorian as is oft the case in England...well..not sur what point you are tying to make
