small swim spa hot tubs

a friend is considering purchasing a hot tub which is also a small swim spa and wants recommendations of best places to purchase and also whether those who have them still feel they are a good investment....pros and cons? thanks....

We had an endless pool in NC, it was enclosed in an enclosure--the pool was heated with an electric heater--the electric bill for heating the pool was $250/month--Use the sports pools here better for swimming & zero maintenance issues & when you want to sell the house---hope the buyer falls in love with your choice of pool
