My Inspector missed the Garage door balance check. When the power failed, which was after the warranty expired, I tried to lift the garage door, and found it extremely heavy because the door spring was not properly adjusted during installation. Neither the Home Warranty department or the Garage Door installation company would make good on their oversight. The inspector admitted it was not one of his checkpoints during home inspection.
