It has a very nice lot & location.

My sister-in-law said that she would move to the villages if she could by that farmhouse.

I think that building is over by Odell. I believe their is a deed restriction regarding fences. All builders worked under the instruction of Villages of Lake Sumter, Inc. So you will find commonality regarding good or bad about a home. A local channel did an expose' on PVC plumbing pipe and push/pull shut offs that has created concern here in central Florida.
