I saw the neatest video about a Japanese car maker whose car runs on water. I guess it's still in the prototype stage. Hello Detroit. Have you had this technology for years and been sitting on it? If so, why??
Why do the Japanese have to be the first to come up with wonderful automotive products?
If you look at overall reliability and quality, IMHO ,Toyota and Honda are eating Detroit's lunch. Before some of you start screaming, both have manufacturing plants here in the USA. American workers are making these cars. I think some of the Fords are coming out of Mexico and elsewhere.
We have so many brilliant people here in the USA. Why in the world are we allowing other countries to outshine us? I'm not just talking about the auto industry.
The Arabs are buying our landmark buildings. Troubling things are happening to our country.
The common denominator seems to be oil. It's starting to become a very dirty word on many levels. Boomer, I'm venting!! You aren't the only one subject to this affliction! ;)
