There is a wealth of information on TOTV. Do a search on "knee surgeon".

I myself would only be comfortable in choosing a surgeon who has done LOTS of them, not just a few. You can find that on: Florida Health Finder (http://www.floridahealthfinder.gov) On the main page, click on "Compare," click on "Physicians", click on "Total Hip and Knee Replacements", then "All Physicians."

Some of the ones in this area who do many each year are:
