Can't hide classifieds

I have classified ads set to be hidden but I'm still seeing them. Started today. I toggled it on/off a couple of times and logged out, but no change. Thanks.

Items for sale area of the forum are being transitioned back to the old format. You can expect some features to be quirky and queasy for awhile.

This is why I selected my username back in the day -- always said the many trolls on Usenet made me kind of sick. :)
