Smell of smoke/smokey looking sky

It's about 5:30 and I look outside and see a general haze of smoke over the sky looking towards Fruitland park. Don't hear any sirens, so maybe a controlled burn or a fire quite a ways away.

I see it is smoke over near Havana, Hemingway , what's going on ??

We saw it while out for a drive. Drove into Leesburg and it was still in the eastern sky. We had thought it was dust from new construction on east side of Villages. Seems to be a sizable dust cloud to be seen that far.
Then we got stuck in a mile long traffic jam on 466a coming west into the villages due to accident at micro race track. They SO need a light at that corner.

I am pretty sure it is planned. When 466A is finished being widened.

Too bad they can't/wont put a temporary light till widening is done. Have seen many near misses at that corner. Left turn off micro racetrack really backs up the traffic. Then impatience comes in and BAM!!

And who knows when the widening will be done? 466a to 301 is still closed after all these years.
