I loved that. Thanks. My vet would have a heart attack though if my dog and others ate like that.

I was surprised by Lady Gaga. All I really knew about her were the crazy costumes. Turns out the lady can sing!

Thanks for the link, memason! Haven't been able to bring myself to watch the Oscars for many years now since it went from being a great night of entertainment to mostly political, but I do miss the occasional moment when some real talent is displayed. Absolutely beautiful performance!

It may inspire me to buy the album she recorded with Tony Bennett.

Wiki on Lady Gaga
After high school, her mother encouraged her to apply for the Collaborative Arts Project 21 (CAP21), a musical theater training conservatory at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.[13] By age seventeen, after becoming one of twenty students to gain early admission, she lived in an NYU dorm on 11th Street.[20] In addition to sharpening her songwriting skills, she composed essays and analytical papers on art, religion, social issues, and politics, including a thesis on pop artists Spencer Tunick and Damien Hirst.[22][23] She also auditioned for various roles and won the part of an unsuspecting diner customer for MTV's Boiling Points

Thanks Mike for posting this.
I tried to stay up but I had an early morning appointment, so I miss it.
I told a woman at a store that she recorded a jazz ablum with Tony Bennett and she asked if I was kidding her!!! I said no.
You will be surprised how good she is on the "Cheek to Cheek" album with Tony.
I also remember her crazy costumes and never thought she had a good voice.
Watch this video.

She is an amazing talent. My hope is she will stay in the mainstream, as she will be around for a long time!!! She certainly looked classy last night minus the tatoo's.
