New Development

Can anyone help me find information on a new development called Fairways off 301 ? I googled it and came up with nothing :(

It is really not a new development if it is the area I'm familiar with. Many homes between two and ten years old. You will find it near Lake Miona Golf Course. Nice homes with decent sized lots. We have friends that have lived there and like it very much.
