After years of inquiring, I finally found a Villages resident who really knows how to sharpen my kitchen knives and scissors. A dull knife is actually more dangerous than a sharp knife.

:agree: Without a name/number this topic is dull and pointless.

The reason I did not give his name is because every time I post the name of a business or service provider, the TOTV administrator moves my original post to some obscure category where very few people ever browse. I will try again but expect my post to be deleted quickly. The man only charges $2.00 for paring knives and $3.25 for scissors. call him at
352-259-1378. Or you can E mail me at bjwdk1@embarqmail.com and I will give you his name. Good luck !!!
