We are buying the paint and this is a quote for painting the great room, kitchen and entry hall walls in our new Camellia in Hadley. You all know how tight I am. I/we will paint it myself/ourselves unless someone comes up with someone who does it a lot cheaper.
The only reason I was asking is that the ladder seems a little steeper than it did last time I painted. We painted one wall to see if the color was right.

I'm not there yet, so I don't know, but S&S gets a lot of commendations and they do painting. I'd for certain get another quote!

We have friends here in TV who just had something like that done and paid considerably less. Having done all our own painting myself, I was very surprised at how reasonable it was (that is, how little value there was to my work, well, monetarily, anyway...). Unfortunately, the man is moving to Boca Raton this week. However, it really would be a good idea to get other estmates; if the man who's moving was so much more reasonable, there must be others. Your estimate sounds way too high. Good luck!

Try scooter paints. They are in the phone book. Nice folks.

S & S Enterprises did a good job on my garage floor. Should be less than $700.

Thank you! Your direction about finding a lot of useful things at the dollar store was great also. :)
