I saw an ad in today's paper for this company. Thinking of 2" Faux wood blinds. Has anyone used this company? Quality of blinds and installation?

I had them out for an estimate a couple of years back and the sales person was not very knowledgeable, and the products seemed to be of lesser quality...ended up going with Shutter Pro and the Norman product, and was very satisfied.

just had them out. salesman was great knew product well. ordered them for all the windows. made in the USA not china like most of the others.

Not happy with them. Waited a good 6wks for them. Sloppy job, 2blinds together on a large window not in alinement, called for repair, said I have to wait till they're in my area again, and that's just to set up the repair date. Thinking about calling senior crimes in the villages.
