Welcome to the new "frogger". My wife's niece and her husband have been here for a few days and are returning to K.C. (actually Blue Springs) tomorrow. Hope you can return permanently yourself sometime quite soon.

Just a suggestion, sign the POA papers, and let the realtor do all of the work, and you enjoy yourself, that is what we did for 2 houses and some swamp land (long story). We were here, and did everything by phone, email, and FedEx.
