Not for the first time, I need help

I have entered a valid e-mail address and ticked the "Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages" box but do NOT receive notification of new private messages. I used to, but have not for the past few months. Is this option no longer in operation?

Mine was working as of a week or so ago, as I recall, have not received any PMs recently, will need to watch this.

your email program may be deleting them.

Your email program may be putting the notification in your "trash or junkmail" folder. We will double check to make sure your email notification request is recorded. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Nothing in my spam folder. Nothing in my trash. No notices for awhile. Methinks tis another iPad issue except for fact nothing showing on my laptop, either.

I have received 4 in the past two weeks and working fine for me. Check your email and make sure it is entered correctly.
