Has anyone used Carpet One to install engineered wood flooring? We have found some we like at their store, but wanted to know about install.

Has anyone used Carpet One to install engineered wood flooring? We have found some we like at their store, but wanted to know about install.

We used them to install carpet and I would not recommend them. Very poor customer service. Took over a week to have our living/dining and master bedroom done.

I went to Wildwood flooring yesterday and they could not have been nicer.

Carpet one being a franchise, you may be able to shop price at other flooring stores.

I went to Wildwood flooring yesterday and they could not have been nicer.

Not only were they nice but they did a great install at a good price.
Product was ordered and installed exactly when they promised it would be. We'll go back to them when we need more flooring.
