Call Rosalie 352-750-2093. She runs "Sew Neat by Rosalie" out of her home in Hadley. I've never asked her to hem a dress but she has 4 or 5 sewing machines of all types and has hemmed tops and pants for me and let out my husband's suit pants recently and did a professional job.
