Johnny&Barbara update

Hi all, just a quick update. Tomorrow is the final day of our three day attorney review. I received a call today from the township saying a letter would be forthcoming tomorrow in time for the attorney review period. We have a CO inspection scheduled for July 15th and a closing date scheduled for July 25th. Things seem to be moving along but one can never be sure. The buyers called via my realtor this afternoon and wanted to purchase our bedroom set and some furniture from the living room, so I guess they are serious. I will keep you all updated and thanks for your thoughts and prayers.......

Sounds very promising...congrats to you and Barbara. But, you're right, it's not a done deal until you get to the settlement table and get check in hand. Woo-hoo!!! You'll be on the Villages tennis courts by August 1st.

07, Tennis in August?!n I don't play tennis, but I like pickleball and ping pong. Tennis? I would faint! :redface: I guess nights and very early mornings could work. Do you play midday??? Johnny and Barbara, The buyers are definately serious if inquiring on the furniture, and you could use it for a bargaining strategy. Hope all goes smoothly. Best wishes!!! Your in my prayers!
