After reading so many positive reviews on TOTV, I called Beck's to repair my washer. Over the phone, Mr. Beck diagnosed the problem, said he'd order the parts, and call to schedule the repairs once the parts were received.

Within a few days, Mr. Beck called to schedule the repairs. He gave me a time frame that he'd be here (and he was), and performed the repairs in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable price.

Thanks to everyone that previously gave Beck's such high reviews, because I certainly was very happy with the service and highly recommend them.

Mr. Beck was out Yesterday, for what I though a trip to see what was wrong with my ice maker. To my surprise, he came in with the part, installed it, and we have ice, all in ONE trip. I am very pleased with his service, and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Beck's Appliance Repair.
