Maxine,
We can definitely blame TOTV for everything we put off!!
Since I have been on this site, the laundry only gets done once a week, if at all, the dishes are sitting in the sink until tomorrow morning, the furniture has at least 6 inches of dust on it, in fact, hubs wrote I hate TOTV in the diningroom table, and numerous other wifely duties are put on hold. TOTV is definitely habit forming , Im not sure its a good thing or a bad thing I jjust know I LOVE IT!!!!
So Im supposed to be babysitting now as we speak for my adorable, sweet. intelligent grandkids, and Im trying to pull myself away but Im losing the battle. There is nothing at all wrong with you Maxine, think about joining our TOTV support group! LOL

Boomer's Helpful Hints About How To Stop Procrastinating
1. Move computer out of kitchen.
2. Stop pretending that you are checking the stock market and reading important news of the world when you are really just totally goofing off on TOTV.
3. Invite a bunch of people to your house to celebrate our nation's birth and so that you will be sure to get lots of things done that you have been putting off.
4. Keep in mind constantly that guests are due in less than 24 hours.
5. Make a list of really important things you need to attend to and then do them. (Like for instance, I did not say Happy Birthday to Canada yet and I really must go do that now.)
