Hoping I can get some help and/or advice about hiring a good contractor to install an attached pergola to my Villa. I have found a few contractors that say they install pergolas but since I have no experience with any of these companies need help on finding the best one! The companies that I can find that install pergolas in this area are Magellan - Pergola Kings, Prestige Pro Lawn Services and KB Construction Contractors.

If anyone has had experience with any of these companies I would appreciate any feedback that you could provide. It would be great if I knew what I was getting into before hiring someone, or if you know of another company that I should consider please let me know that as well.

Thanks for your help and feedback in advance!

Look around the villages at some of the pergolas find one or two you like then talk to the home owner.
There is a nice pergola on Tamerind Grove Rin just before Southwood on the right, ask them.

You can do a search of previous critiques specifically one that we made regarding not using Village Palm. We just had ours redone by Pergola Kings and it is beautiful quality work. My only complaint is that the project started later than anticipated and completion took longer. The workers were also working on other projects so were there 2 hours at a time, would leave for 2, not let us know when they were returning, weather got in the way, typical contractor stuff. But the end is something we are quite satisfied with.

And, don't forget to call Seniors vs. Crime for any complaints on the companies you are considering. And, DON'T PAY UP FRONT, unless it is a minimal deposit.
