Saw these two guys sitting in front of a store while their wives were inside shopping. They began texting. What do you think they would be texting, and to who? I think they were saying, "World of Beer is right over there, want to go?"

Might be texting their wives telling them to hurry up because some guy is out front taking their picture.

I might as well amused myself, as my wife is amusing herself, shopping. :D

or, as I would say, "I'm just the dummy, on this job".

Hope you got their permission to post their picture. I know I'd be livid to find someone had taken my picture and posted it online without my permission.

If it was me sitting there, I would probably be playing Candy Crush or Farm Heroes.

I don't know, but the camaraderie of two guys sitting on a bench (or chairs) while their wives shop is hard to beat.

Who says they were texting at all. Personally I love to download books to my smartphone and use the time reading while my wife does her thing. Certainly keeps the peace in our relationship!

He does not need permission to take or post this photo. Would have been nice to ask for permission, but not necessary.

1) If you use their picture for financial gain without their permission (Appropriation)

2) If you post words next to their picture putting them in a misleading scenario:
(False Light)

3) If the picture was taken in their own domicile or somewhere that privacy can be expected:
(Unnecessary revelation of private facts)

If it's none of these, you're fine

Never said it was illegal, just that I'd be livid if someone did that to me. Some people have some very legitimate reasons for not wanting their photos posted online.

Like, if an un-named married guy happened to be sitting very close to an attractive young lady perhaps even holding hands with a loving look between them as if they were making plans for a late-night encounter on the square near a utility box with the guy going to make an excuse to his wife saying he needed some air and wanted to go for a solo drive in the golf cart.
And someone just happened to snap a picture just then and post it here.

you know, just sayin'...

You know, if these guys were reading a magazine/newspaper no one would care. I enjoyed seeing the picture though and reading the captions.LOL.:BigApplause:

I guess we no longer have an assumption of privacy.
