Does anyone buy things from Overstock.com? I see lots of things that look like a good deal, but am leery of buying from a site I know nothing about. Any reviews you would like to share???

I've been using Overstock for several years. I've even purchased a couch, a chair/ottoman and a latex mattress from them. What I like, is that each item has user reviews and I've found those to be quite helpful.

I also have used overstock many times in the past. Very honest site as far as any internet site is. They offer very good prices.

I have bought lots from overstock: area rugs, dining room chairmen, even jewelry! I love this site! Never had a problem

I bought most of my rugs from Overstock and have had no problems. As was said above, I relied very heavily on user reviews.

I, too, have been an Overstock customer for many years. Our most expensive item was a maple trundle bed for over $700 and we've never had a problem.
We've never returned anything, but it is up to the buyer to pay for return postage.
It's always wise to check items and prices on other sites.
Amazon, Wayfair and eBay are good sites for comparisons.

Many purchases from Overstock, including a large butcher's rack. I really like their bedding - sheets, quilts etc. if they say they are all cotton, they really are.

Never been unhappy, but I think you need to feel comfortable shopping on line

Chiming in with the others. I've gotten a few things from them. I comparison shop first though. My most recent purchase was a gel/memory foam mattress topper for our king-size bed and I've been very pleased. Be sure to read before hitting the "order" tab....my topper was on sale and said because of that it couldn't be returned. Besides you probably would have to pay s/h and a re-stocking fee so be sure it's something you want.

I guess the s/h and re-stocking fees are what are holding me back. I do a LOT of Amazon ordering and it is SO easy to return anything. Thanks all for the comments.

If you are Amazon prime and can find something that works I would definitely go with that; however, I have ordered from Overstock because they had something that caught my eye and have been more than pleased.

I enjoy shopping with Overstock. I joined their "club O" so that returns are made with no shipping charge.
I bought our foyer and dining room light fixtures from Overstock, along with all our cabinet hardware, towels, dining room table, Master Bedroom duvet set, etc. I could go on and on.
They have good quality items, great selection. Excellent customer service. I had a problem with a chair which had an exposed screw. I called and they sent a new chair. No return required by me.
Good company, which I highly recommend!

I have had good luck with Overstock, Wayfair, and Joss and Main. I prefer to shop in person, but sometimes on-line works the best.
