Hi Bill. Pretty good. Entering a slower season now. I take weeklys (and sometimes a bit less if someone is visiting family or house hunting), so I am filled 90% of the time over a year at the 2/2 villa and just a bit less than that at my 3br pool home.

Several weeks still open this summer/fall at SUPER LOW $399/wk - THAT'S $57/nt for a home w/ taxes and golf cart incl!!!

A single hotel room with nothing is $129/nt minimum. Invite your friends and family to check out The Villages for a week this June-Sept at this rate!
