Thank you so very much for this site. I have watched The Villages for about 5 years, but did not find this site until 4 days ago. Can't imagine why I did not find it sooner.

Have been reading for 6 hours and still have much more to read. However, I am looking for the floor plan of a Designer Villa that TV has listed for sale. I have signed up with lyle Gant, and have searched his floor plans but can' t seem to find it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Once again, thank you very much for talkofthevillages.com.

This link takes you to the page with the Savanah series of villas that are available. If you click on one of the homes it will have a link for the floor plan and a virtual tour. Look through all of the villas on those 4 pages because there are a variety of different floor plans available. Hope this helps.

Thanks! We live in South Fl (Bonita Springs) and have been here 24 years. We are thinking of leaving the water and boats and moving inland and downsizing. Plus, the activities at TV would be great and easy to get to. Now I have to go to Naples.

I have appreciated reading the posts about how people get rid of all, in my case clutter. My ideal situation would be to buy a place in TV, move what I want, and walk out of this place. Have someone come in and liquidate what is left. Someone wrote about doing that several months ago. Made it sound so easy.

Both my husband and I collect and never get rid of anything.

Hey starflyte1 ~

Hi neighbor! I'm in Naples and would give my eye teeth to move to TV (can't talk hubby into it just yet). I know it's hotter there in the summer (it's not exactly cool here, is it?), and I would cherish the few frosty days in winter. But, alas, convincing Mr. Sunflower is another story.

When we moved to FL from up north, we didn't bring much with us. We pretty much bought all new. In TV it would be so nice to work with Southern Lifestyle (?) (furniture stores). So many have posted good things about them, and they will hold your purchases until you're ready. Plus, they have all the floor plans of the models to assist with furniture placement. How nice is that??

Have you signed up for their Lifestyle Preview?

Good luck with your future plans!
