Yesterday's paper had an ad for the Bonifay, Evans Prairie, LaBelle and [?? Sorry -- senior moment] Easter specials. Sorry I can't give more specifics. We recycled the paper at the vets already.

We enjoy Harbor Hills, been going there for a few years.

Oh if only.....No I have found no where. Wouldn't it be nice if somewhere like Nancy Lopez could have a Passover menu for that week. No we would not have the readings, but we would have some traditions. Just like those seeking their Easter traditions.

Harbor Lights Restaurant at Lake Panasoffkee is good. It's an easy trip down I75.

TooJays makes sense. After all, it is a Jewish deli.

TooJays is not a Jewish Deli--they sell Jewish style deli--they're not close to Katz's or the Carnegie or the 2nd Ave Deli-go on line and see what a real sandwich looks like--then eat your heart out
They also serve HAM for breakfast---definitely not for real Jewish

It's the best we got, don't knock it.

If you're in business and you're the only show in town- does this mean you're exempt from criticism ? This is not a cheering squad for your hometown, that is no longer your hometown.
Few people want to go back to their hometowns--Detroit, Newark--be honest

Why the animosity? Take a chill pill. Many of us will be returning to our hometowns shortly and will be happy to do so!

Geez, someone is just asking about an Easter Buffet and everything starts getting nasty.
Dancer 64, For a drive, another vote for Harbor Lights on Lake Panosoffkee is nice. It's a cute local place and they have good food. Also Mission Inn is beautiful, but they are pricy.

How about Kosher Style. No Jewish Deli has Ham and other Pig stuff on the menu. Calling Toojays a "Jewish" Deli is totally inappropriate!

I have never had a bad meal at Evans or LaBelle. Maybe because I start out with a couple lemon drop martinis. :a040:

What is LaBelle? How good can you think it was if you don't know the name Is Belle Glade????? You may be right; a couple too many Martinis.

You are absolutely right. I drink too much. The homes are LaBelle and the country club is Belle Glade. I still like the food.

Katie Belle's and Tierra del Sol have a brunch buffet every Sunday. I would assume they still have it on Easter.
There are a few other country clubs that have brunch buffet as well. Does anyone know which ones?
