Someone to replace plants/shrubs

I am looking for someone to take out and replace about a dozen plants/shrubs for me. Some plants got hit with frost so need to be replaced and others have been struggling for some time and need to be replaced. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks

Not sure but probably. I saw him put in a beautiful brick patio a few years ago.
