Need someone to install low level outdoor lights

I have a set of low level outdoor lights and uplights for my landscaping. Does anyone know someone who can install these for me?

If U can return them, get solar and just pop them in the ground

We've had them for a long time. I don't like the 'blue' look of the solar ones.
