You can always "edit your post si ti doesn't say anything or have the admin delete it at your request.

There should be an icon at the bottom of the "home" page for the moderator or you hit the red triangle in the upper right corner to get to the admin.

No this is a moderator action. You can click on the red triangle in the upper right and send for request for removal.

Oh no, are we back to that. I don't understand why we can't be in charge of our own posts. Can you please explain why we have to contact you to do that?
Also, why can't we (personally) change the title of an item we have posted for sale. Why can't I re-word that myself to my liking? Thank you.

...I don't understand why we can't be in charge of our own posts...

Giving you the right to delete a thread is giving you far more than the right to be in charge of your own posts, even if you started the thread.

We are all in charge of our own posts all the time. We can edit them or delete the contents. People do it all the time.
That is why you see posts with *** or /// or any three symbols.

The OP's question was about deleting an entire thread, not about deleting his own post.
If we could delete an entire thread, we would have the ability to delete other people's posts.
That wouldn't be fair. Only Admin can do that, and rightly so.
