Would you recommend a place to watch the launch? Is it worth getting a ticket at NASA?

There was something on the news this morning about additional areas to watch. Now I am NOT familiar with the area, so if someone else is please let us know. Also, if anyone caught the news about additional areas to watch from that would be great also.

I'm going to Canaveral for the launch.....was slow in getting the ticket so will be watching from the Saturn V building.....about 6 miles from the pad.
