Construction Recommendations

I am thinking about adding a golf cart garage to our home, a this has been on the wish list for 12 years now. I have seen older posts recommending Rowe Homes and Advanced Construction. Does anyone have other recommendations and has anyone used Patriot Builder as I have seen them around also. Thanks for any help. And yes I know to go through the Architectural Committee as s the Contractor should also know how to submit any constructions plans required by The Villages.

Glad to see you are doing your home work. 2 of my neighbors had T&D do large to very large birdcage projects, with pools. Both jobs were very nice, I cannot comment on price, as this information was not shared.

Has anyone had experiences with Demetri Homes and Remodeling or Rowe Home Construction or Mico?

Demetri for sure. Have known many folks who used them. Honest, honest good people with superior work.
